Recipe: Nuzests Strawberry Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream

July: National Ice Cream Month.

Wanderlust 108 London’s Presenting Partner Nuzest provided us with this strawberry-peanut butter-protein ice cream recipe by Sarah Hancock from @sarahshealthykitchen for the national ice cream month.

This protein-rich treat is just what you need to get energized and get ready for Wanderlust 108 on July 31st.

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a high powder food processor / blender and flash them until they are thick and smooth. Add a little more milk if needed to make mixing easier, but try not to add too much!
  2. Serve immediately as a soft ice cream or spoon into a loaf pan or container and freeze for an hour and a half before ladling.
